• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

• A deposit may be required to secure certain services (such as tinting, ceramic coating, or detailing packages).

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the case of a no-show.

• A&M Auto Tuning reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Full payment is required upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Service Disclaimer

• A&M Auto Tuning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint chips, or worn interior materials.

• We perform a pre-service inspection to note existing conditions before work begins.

• Some results (such as tint shade perception, coating longevity, or detailing outcomes) may vary based on vehicle condition, materials, and maintenance.

• Customers are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by our technicians to ensure the best and longest-lasting results.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Window tinting services come with a limited warranty against peeling, bubbling, or discoloration, as stated on your invoice.

• Ceramic coatings and detailing services include warranties or maintenance plans only if specifically mentioned in your service agreement.

• A&M Auto Tuning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service.

• A&M Auto Tuning is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

• For safety reasons, customers are not permitted to remain in the vehicle or service bay area while work is being performed.
